For their stand at the prestigious BBC Good Food Show, Asda chose Elm for the complete design, build and full stand management. It needed to provide a welcoming space to engage visitors by letting them sample award-winning products. Based on custom modular units so that it could be used for future exhibitions, it included cooking and preparation areas requiring power and water and had to meet stringent hygiene and health & safety regulations. Elm were also responsible for booking space and organising trained chefs and food deliveries.
