We love our industry, and creativity is at the heart of what we do. We believe creativity helps our customers stand out and create connections with their audience.

We aren’t big on official job titles, we collaborate as a team to support our customers and each other. We foster a culture of respect, encouraging initiative and free thinking

Jon - company owner, event and exhibition manager

I’m Jon, and I’m one of the originators of Elm. I have worked in the event industry for over twenty-five years, collaborating with some fantastic companies and brands. Working in a small business, I have held most roles, but my current role is in account management, leading a team of amazing people and ensuring the success our clients’ projects.

Mat - company owner, event and exhibition manager

I’m Mat, the other originator and the one you don’t usually see. I’ve worked in events for a similar amount of time as Jon, working mainly in Design, Production and Project Management. I now lead a skilled and hard-working production team delivering high-quality event and exhibition projects. I’m a bit of a perfectionist who believes if a job is worth doing, it is worth doing right.
